If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, the process for initiating a return, and any exceptions that may apply to certain product categories.
We understand that purchasing handmade items online can sometimes lead to questions or concerns. Our goal is to make the return process as straightforward and fair as possible for both our customers and our artisans. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any protective sleeves, envelopes, or boxes.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items that have been altered in any way after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Cards and printed materials that have been customized with personal messages, names, dates, or other personalized content cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We recommend reviewing all personalization details carefully before confirming your order.
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price may only be eligible for exchange or store credit, not a full refund. Please check the terms of the specific promotion at the time of purchase.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash or credit.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
- Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible to ensure the item arrives safely.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
If your return is not approved due to the item not meeting the return eligibility requirements, we will notify you and ship the item back to you at your expense. You will have the option to have the item returned to you or to authorize its disposal.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different design or product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement item is of a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the original item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges typically take 5-7 business days to process from the time we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. To report a damaged or defective item, please provide photographs of the damage and your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We take great care in packaging our handmade products to prevent damage during shipping. However, if an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and ensure you receive a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged or do not match the approved design specifications. Before production begins, we will provide you with a design preview for your approval. Once you approve the design and production begins, the order becomes non-refundable.
If a custom order arrives with errors that were not part of the approved design, we will remake the item at no additional cost. Please inspect your custom order carefully upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Rangeyrcatalogue is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit without insurance.
For domestic returns within the United States, standard shipping rates apply. We cannot accept returns shipped from outside the United States at this time. If you are an international customer, please contact us to discuss your options. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
